She's encouraging her fans to switch things up for 30 days to get right.

GloRilla says she’s going on a 30 day fast and is calling on her fans to join her on the month-long 'glow-up.'
She shared a screenshot from her Notes app to social media to announce, “Going on a 30 day fast before tour… Any GloRidaz wanna do it with me? Here’s what it consists of. Let’s lock in and Glo up!”
Conditions for the 30 day fast include a number of restrictions and goals like no smoking and drinking, abstaining from sex, and no frivolous spending. But that’s not all. Fast participants are also asked to hit the gym three-times a week, only drink water (no alcohol, juice or other drinks), and to pick a book and finish it. The last part is open ended: “Make at least one goal and complete it.”
If you’re trying to take part, Glo is starting today (Monday) and going until March 5th.
