Beyonce has released an accompanying visual for "Spirit" a song from the upcoming Lion King Soundtrack.
Capturing the full beauty of the African savanna, the video even features Bey's oldest daughter Blue Ivy.
Clips from the upcoming remake are interwoven with choreography of cultural significance — an important factor in the overall creation of her compilation album, The Lion King: The Gift.
“It was important that the music was not only performed by the most interesting and talented artists but also produced by the best African producers,” Beyoncé said in a statement. “Authenticity and heart were important to me.”
The Lion King premieres July 19.
