A man is jailed following a shooting and kidnapping that started in Beaumont and ended in Hardin County. 26 year old Bradley Hutson is accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in the leg Friday morning in the Barrington Heights area off of Dowlen Road in Beaumont then then left with her heading towards Sour Lake. Hutson exited the car off Old Sour Lake Road with a gun leaving his ex-girlfriend in the backseat of the car. He was eventually taken into custoday. The gunshot victim was transported to the hospital.
