As Alicia Keys gears up for her highly anticipated eighth studio album, the "LALA" singer released the trailer for her upcoming YouTube Originals docuseries Noted: Alicia Keys The Untold Stories. In the four-part documentary, Keys gives fans a glimpse at some of her most profound performances, introspective moments and intimate conversations she's had with family and friends while working on her upcoming project.

The in-depth trailer opens with the 40-year old Grammy winner being vulnerable about letting the world in on her personal life. However, Keys assures fans that this time around, she's not holding back:

"When I'm making music, I'm exposing all of my secrets, and I'm very uncomfortable being exposed — but I guess not so much anymore. We're not holding back! Because on this journey that I'm on — as an artist, as a mother, as a wife, I'm always fighting not to sacrifice any part of myself for success. So what do you want to know?"

In preparation for her new album, Keys wants her documentary -- which she produced alongside Jason Bergh and Lukas Kaiser -- to give viewers a never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes look at the struggles she faces as an artist, mom, wife and friend in the midst of stardom. The news of AK's upcoming docuseries comes just days after the singer debuted her new single "LALA" featuring Swae Lee at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards.
