A Beaumont man has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for murder. 52-year old Ronald
Goloe pleaded guilty to the June 2019 murder of Joyce Acey, of Beaumont. Home security
showed Goloe breaking into a garage apartment in the 2500 block of Evalon with Acey.
Minutes later walked out of the apartment alone, then returned with a gas can, the set the
apartment onfire. Acey’s body was found inside.
