Beaumont police believe a shooting and an aggravated robbery may be related. Three men were
shot last night in the 700 block of Avenue C. None of the gunshot victims suffered life
threatening wounds. The shots were fired from a black Expedition. A few minutes later a similar
vehicle pulled into a nearby convenience store and one of the occupants took a car from a man
that was pumping gas.
