Authorities have released the name of a 21-year old Newton man drowned at Toledo Bend
while fishing with his girlfriend and a relative this past weekend. The Sabine Parish
Sheriff’s Office reports Kenneth Adams’s body was found on the Louisiana side of the dam.
Investigators believe Adams got tangled in his fishing line. His body was found Sunday
morning near the shore.
